Dr. Jack Kruse, a neurosurgeon, had an awakening in 2007 when he suffered a torn meniscus in his knee at 6’2”, 357 lbs. This led to his further study of physics, light, magnetism, and electricity, ultimately concluding that modern medicine lacked a deep understanding of how humans function in relation to the natural world. He is the CEO of Kruse Longevity Center in the US and El Salvador, a health and wellness company dedicated to helping patients avoid the healthcare burdens they typically encounter as they age. He is also the author of “Epi-Paleo Rx: The Prescription for Disease Reversal and Optimal Health.”

This was certainly a fascinating discussion, and Dr. Kruse is a super interesting guy. I often discussed how longevity has always been a hobby of mine, and Dr. Kruse certainly gave me a lot to think about. His insights on Nayib Bukele’s plan to decentralize El Salvador definitely piqued my interest. While I’m not ready to recommend clients choose El Salvador for their own Plan-B, it is certainly a country worth keeping an eye on in the coming years.
