Take a deep breath, relax, and melt into a rejuvenated state. This is an easy foundational practice to get you started.
I share this solar breathwork meditation with students and clients. There are several versions of fourfold breathing techniques available. I'm sharing this one because it's a simple and powerful way for you to connect mind, body, and spirit without getting too complicated.
