Emotional health is a daily reality that affects every aspect of our lives and well-being, and we need to talk about it. Tal Ben Shahar is a positive psychologist who studies, teaches and writes about the science of happiness. As a lecturer at Harvard University, Tal created the most popular course in Harvard’s history! In this episode, we talk about the journey to becoming happier, the incredible importance of living in the present, and why we need to learn to express negative emotions. He also gives us some very practical steps we can take that will guide us further down the path of happiness and health. Enjoy!
