To help us delve into the importance of inclusion in work integrated learning and its implications for HR professionals we’re joined by Dr Flevy Lasrado. She is a Leader, Lecturer and Researcher with 15+ years of experience in Higher Education and extensive experience in Quality Assurance/Institutional Effectiveness. Dr Flevy presently works with University of Wollongong in Dubai (UOWD). We explore how fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment positively impacts employee performance and organisational success.
