I'm your host, Aly Behrens. A few years ago, I left a corporate career in the city to raise our babies and run a business in rural Iowa alongside my significant other, Smoke.
Now I'm learning the ins and outs of the trucking and cattle feeding business, and I'm here to bring you along on the journey. In each episode, I'll bring you stories from the agriculture and transportation industries. Sometimes you'll hear from just me about our own experiences. Once in a while, Smoke will join me with his own stories. And other times you'll hear from industry experts and people who have been fully immersed in this way of life for their entire being.
