He has appeared on many TV shows including TED Talk, has been a Dragon on CBC’s Dragon’s Den, and has co-authored 3 best-selling cookbooks.
He is passionate about sustainable foods, arts, and education, supporting the Museum of Vancouver, and has donated to the University of British Columbia to renovate a training kitchen now called Vij’s kitchen.
