RBL Bank offers an exclusive loyalty program for credit card holders, rewarding them with personalized gifts from an eclectic array of products, vouchers, etc., for every spend transaction done. Accrued rewards points can be redeemed for bus tickets, airline tickets, fashion, electronics, beauty products and much more. RBL credit cardholders will be automatically enrolled in the Rewards program and all a customer has to do is to activate his/her online account.
Rewards accounts can be activated by visiting the RBL rewards website and entering a few details to complete the process. Customers can also call up the RBL rewards Service Centre to activate their accounts. Indian citizens holding an RBL credit card will be eligible to join the rewards program. RBL rewards points carry a validity of 24 months from the date of accrual.

How Do You Redeem Rewards Points with RBL Bank?
In order to redeem rewards points with RBL Bank customers have to follow the below-given steps:
- RBL credit cardholders have to log in with their usernames and passwords to the RBL rewards site.
- Cardholders can then select the category they wish to redeem the gift. For example - travel, shopping, recharge or gifts.
- After choosing this, customers have to click on Redeem points and then select the number of rewards points they want to redeem.
- An OTP will be sent to the customer’s registered mobile number, which needs to be entered to successfully make the payment and complete the redemption.
- If a customer falls short of rewards points, and RBL credit card can be used to pay for the remaining points required.
