We are seeing it all around folks in social media, in magazines, friends and family about getting healthy & fit..
I am all for it. I have tons of favorite healthy things to do..
Do something that makes you feel good and keeps your body moving, but lets talk about being healthy and what does that look like for you?
Are you working out because everyone else is doing it and you feel like you must? Are you just feeding yourself certain meals because that what you heard you should do? Do you have a "cheat meal" and all of a sudden you feel as if you sabotage your whole regimen? What are you feeding your mind? What are you doing daily to stay positive & focus? What are you telling yourself when you have a bad day?
Healthy is not just the meals you eat, the workouts you do. there is more to that. Its the words that you are feeding yourself, the things you are telling yourself about you, the way you are treating yourself daily... Its not just 1 or 2 things its a whole lot of things with being healthy. In this episode I share that :)
