It was the moment I was 'getting ready' to do a video that I realized how much of my life, I've gone to 'painting the barn' to cover up everything that was actually going on when I realized how much I did that with judgment. I've been STEEPED in the judgment of me and my body from when I can remember, and it isn't until recently that that has started to change. How much do you try to hide how much you secretly, but not so secretly, hate you? Hate the way you look? Hate the way your skin does that thing right there, and your body pokes out just there? And what tools can you start to use to change all of that?
