On this episode of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal, we sat down with Professor Rebecca Wexler to discuss the intersection between reproductive justice and data privacy. In June 2022, the Supreme Court issued a ruling in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization. Dobbs overturned Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey's holdings that the US Constitution grants a right to an abortion.
