08. Get ready for major FLOW with Autumn Equinox

In this episode, we're finally entering the final season of the year: The FLOW Season! We're talking the AUTUMN EQUINOX and all the FLOW energy that comes with it. Autumn is the season when all of the things we've been building and working on throughout the year finally come to fruition.

The equinox is technically Saturday, September 23rd, 2023 at 2:50 AM, but since I'll be sleeping, it's tonight for me.

It's harvest season, and that doesn't mean PSL. It means completion of all your big projects. If you've felt like you've been struggling all year because things felt hard during summer, you're not alone, and you're not a failure. This is your season to finally FLOW.
