After the first shock of a paranormal encounter or experience, we take the route of self-doubt to protect our sanity and sense of preservation from the unknown. It is easier to give yourself a scientific explanation to yourself than to believe your own eyes, ears, sixth sense and self. Accepting the reality of a supernatural world and the possibility of facing any entity belonging to it seems frightening. It is our default setting. We discuss how to differentiate between what's real and what's not, how to acknowledge your experiences with a grain of salt and the introductory concept of black magic and the astral realm.
