As leaders & individuals were are often defined by the roles we inhabit: manager, director, mum, dad. However these are just transitory, and they shift with the context, the system and the social circle we are in.
In this podcast we explore how to tap into who we are, how we need to be, and why this is important as a being leader. We explore purpose and identity, and ask those questions which we need to answer to really decide how we need to be in order to be present, congruent and in tune with ourselves.
