A note from the editor:
-Victorian era futurism, from the literature I read, more to do with working class struggles. Who's in charge, how much work, who's doing what work. Steampunk was first coined in 1987, as a response to cyberpunk.
-Androids aren't human, that's what all android literature is about, a human machine understanding how to act and how to be human.
-Posthumanism is a very, very, extremely broad topic. It is distinct, but not exclusively so, with transhumanism. This requires proper investigation, this is an actual ethics question with philosophers talking about it.
