In this episode I interview Sarah Mill. Sarah runs the Instagram account @ourlifeinmelbourne Sarah made the decision to be an IVF solo mum by choice and now has a little boy called Oliver. We go through Sarah's journey including her IVF, pregnancy and birth. We delve into Sarah's feeding journey, whereby Sarah started off breastfeeding Ollie, however came across many obstacles and it became hard, emotional, excruciating and Sarah made the decision to switch to formula. Sarah so generously shares her story and is open and honest about the struggles she came up against both physically and mentally.
