  • Marc Lanteigne, Professor, Political Science Department, UiT - The Arctic University of Norway
  • Egill Níelsson, Senior Advisor, Rannís - The Icelandic Center for Research

The discussion and following Q&A with the audience are moderated by Halla Hrund Logadóttir, Director General, Icelandic National Energy Authority.
This panel originally took place at the 2021 Arctic Circle Assembly in Reykjavík, Iceland.
