We have had a rash of KY "Republicans" not being very conservative this past week. I'll go over who the offenders are and what they have done. In this episode I cover Kim' Banta's new gun control bill. In one part I quoted her talking about if a 15 year old shoots a cow while hunting. In the show I wasn't as clear as I wanted to be on current hunting laws. The fact Banta was referencing shooting a cow I believe she was talking about hunting big game (like a deer). In KY it is not legal for a 15 year old to hunt a deer with a rifle on their own, a fact I call her out for not knowing despite making laws on the subject. What I did not make clear is that kids twelve or older can hunt small game on their own, I did not mention this in the show because she had brought up shooting a cow and not something smaller like a cat.
