About Georgina

Georgina Barrow is a Doctor of Chinese Medicine (BAppSc Human Biology/BAppSc Chinese Medicine). Her passion for integrated medicine inspired her to leave a corporate career to study Chinese medicine for a wholistic approach to disease prevention and health promotion. Georgina has worked in clinical practice utilising a combination of Western and Chinese Medicine knowledge and is passionate about women’s health and wellbeing focussing on reproductive health, natural fertility and IVF, pregnancy, labour preparation and postpartum care.
Georgina is co-founder of Australian brand HQ | Intelligent Health launched in 2019. HQ was inspired by her own motherhood journey and a passion to make Chinese medicine herbs readily accessible to help postpartum mums thrive. Taking over 3 years of evidence-based research, marketing and product development, sourcing ingredients from all over the globe to meticulous standards and testing to become a reality. HQ Health supports mothers when they need it most with targeted products for every life stage – through pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding and beyond. With a focus on education and clinically effective Australian made products formulated using Chinese medicine + Evidence Based Nutrition.
