(15:34) When is conflict justified? If you want the Lord’s help you need the right attitude, motive, and must not retaliate or seek revenge.
(35:46) God will support, keep, and preserve us, so long as we are faithful unto Him.
(40:45) In 1 Nephi 14, Nephi sees a massive spiritual war in the last days where the saints are contending with an innumerable host. The formula for winning the war is connection with God. He will give us strength, hope, and courage.

(1:11:47) The Nephites had all power over their enemies, but they became weakened because of disunity.

(1:15:00) Contention and dissensions among the people of Nephi brought them down. It is better to prepare and prevent than to repair and repent.
(1:19:16) Don’t become what you hate. Unity, following God, and fighting defensively is key for the Nephite victory. Evil has to be chased out with light.
