Episode 39 of SWP - The Strategic Workforce Panning Podcast welcomes Jonas Ottiger - Head of People Analytics and Workforce Planning at the International Committee for the Red Cross. Jonas is one of so many people analytics experts to emerge from Jordan Pettman's Nestle alumni, one wonders whether there was something special in the chocolate milk during and since that period.
When you think of SWP and the challenges it can solve for, 'life and death' doesn't arise all that often. It does in Jonas' case however. This was an incredibly interesting discussion around trying to get people who's very nature is 'emergency response', to think strategically and engage in SWP. Lovely chap who's insight and intelligence shone through in this episode!
