During the first half I was afraid maybe I had guessed wrong on this pairing and they were going to be better separately than together but as the show progressed the flavors began to work in concert. The Eiroa is a timeless stick that you could enjoy any day. It is just a nice full-flavored, yet smooth and mellow stick. The Bushmills 10 YO may be my favorite Irish Whisky, it is very good with a nice fruity profile that doesn't come across as too fruity or sweet, just enough. I hope you enjoy them, CHEERS!
