Welcome our guest, Natasha Case! Natasha is the co-founder of Coolhaus- a company blending ice cream with architecture. She originally came up with the concept "Farchitecture" (Food + Architecture) during grad school at UCLA. The Coolhaus journey began at Coachella in 2009 with an ice cream truck found on Craigslist.
