Welcome to Season 1, Episode #1 of Sports Out of Time!! For our debut episode, Randal and Sam discuss the 1993 playoff game between the Buffalo Bills and the Houston Oilers, also known as "The Comeback," This historic NFL game took place on January 3, 1993 at Rich Stadium in Orchard Park, New York. The comeback was led by Bills quarterback Frank Reich, who replaced injured starter Jim Kelly. Reich threw for four touchdowns and ran for another, while the Bills defense shut out the Oilers in the second half. The game is considered one of the greatest comebacks in NFL history and has become a defining moment in Bills' franchise history. As a bonus, the crew also discuss the brutal run of Bills Quarterbacks from 1997 through 2018 and the dark period of early-2000's NFL uniform updates.
