In this "metal health awareness" podcast I share how God got ahold of me at a time when I was letting my mind spin in so many thoughts I had anxiety, felt powerless, and was just tired of the emotional consequences that followed. God showed me SOMETHING DIFFERENT and I walked "away" to begin walking "out" my life in conversation with my Lord and Savior.
