If not, the part-time food delivery person who helps you will be carefully following instructions beamed in by a team of doctors at Dr. Roulette's Remote Medical Center in Chennai, India. Dr. Roulette is already a hit with addicts and the chronically ill, but if founder Jessica Tavengar (Mitra Jouhari) is going to outcompete corrupt doctors and drive hospitals out of business, she'll need Noa's help with a serious moonshot.
