In this mini-episode, via voice note, I open up about some real struggles I've been having while working on *The Next Move with Jazmin*. From social media comparison to feeling a lack of support from those closest to me, and the fear that comes with trying something new—it's all out there. If you're a perfectionist like me, you know how easy it is to want immediate results, but that’s just not how it works. Being in the spotlight is totally unfamiliar for me, and it's making me nervous. But you know what? Sometimes, self-care is the next best move.
Today, I'm taking a step back, admitting my fears, and giving myself permission to rest. And if you're feeling the same way, I hope this helps you take a breath too. Remember, not all next steps are big ones.
