In today’s rapidly changing real estate industry, there’s one thing a top agent can’t go without - data. The more informed we are about the market, the better equipped we are to serve our clients.

All the disruptions we’re facing mean more consumers are going to flock to quality. The only real estate pros who will win are the tech-enabled advisors, not the run-of-the-mill agents.

From interest rates to inventory, there are things we need to know if we want to be valuable. We might not have a crystal ball to know exactly what’s going to happen, but data puts us in a better position to get ahead of the trends.

How do we use data to position ourselves better? What data points do we need to know like the back of our hand? When it comes to the DOJ, are we out of the woods? In this episode, we’re joined by president of Housing Wire, Diego Sanchez. He shares how we can use data to our advantage and what we need to be aware of.
