George Allen Miller was born in Cheverly, Maryland. He has been writing ever since he was fifteen inspired by reading his first science fiction book by Isaac Asimov.
A life long fan of science fiction, George soon found a fondness for hard-boiled detective novels and humorous fantasy and SciFi. He has written numerous short stories but “Eugene McGillicuddy’s Alien Detective Agency” is George’s first published novel.
Eugene Jack McGillicuddy, a private detective in Washington D.C. in the twenty-second century, has the psychic ability to answer any question asked to him and he wants it kept a secret. But that is just the beginning of the story! Populated with a diverse cast of alien characters, Eugene travels the Milky Way, through inter-dimensional cafeterias, virtual realities, and custom-made universes to uncover a deadly conspiracy. Eugene must race to stop an insane alien from unleashing a power that could destroy the Earth and perhaps the entire cosmos.
George’s debut novel keeps the reader laughing and fully engaged in this otherwise unworldly adventure.
Book Two of the series will be available mid-August 2024 for presale. In that book, Eugene’s companion Alice Pemberton takes off on her intergalactic adventure. The third book will be available in 2025.
