Lou Mitchell is an NHS Consultant in Emergency Medicine in the South-West of England. She qualified as a doctor in 2003 and was a junior doctor and emergency medicine trainee in London, New Zealand, and the South-West of England. She has interests in toxicology, what makes people attend A&E frequently and addressing that, and medical education. Whilst she works for the NHS, her views are entirely her own.
