Dr. Ashley Ono is an internal medicine hospitalist and an Aloha practitioner. She shares how anxiety and imposter syndrome almost drove her to leave medicine, and how even though she was a skeptic, the practie of meditation brought her back. Along this journey she became a student of Pono Shim, who taught her the Aloha Response. She shares some of his teachings and gives some examples of what looks like to practice Aloha in everyday life.
