Zack Gray is an ex military member, entrepreneur, and owner of a successful strength and conditioning facility in Needham MA. From food stamps and bankruptcy as a child, to building and managing his own business, Zack has been able to overcome the odds to reach financial independence through real estate by amassing an impressive 200+ in less than 3 years. With a state college education in Finance, Zack has been able to put his knowledge to work in operating his own business as well as building his real estate portfolio. Zack has experience operating as a GP on a syndication team and specializes in asset management, budgeting renovation scope, project management, tenant relations, and investor relations.
