That’s why I’m diving head first into the topic of discipline this week. Specifically, I’m going to lock in on how constraints can be your greatest ally in your everyday battle to stay disciplined.

I talk about the neuroscience of peak performance and how constraints and limits can trigger flow, reduce cognitive load, and maximize your capacity to do great things. I also discuss the paradox of choice and how easy it is to get caught up in paralysis analysis.
