This month, we had the honour to talk to Director James Blight about the evolution of the security industry. James is a 30-year security veteran who started as a part-time bike patrol guard at a very young age. He fell in love with the industry when he was in high school during an “unofficial” security gig. He is extremely passionate about mentoring the next generation of security professionals and leaving an impactful legacy for future leaders.
