What part of you have you not recognised, that may need help but you just keep avoiding it? We have an assumption that 'normal' is very definable, and well quite frankly it isn't, but somehow part of us still feels we have to try to become 'normal', when in fact we need to learn to become ourselves, and that involves facing how you appear in the world to yourself and not because of what society expects of you.
