Today's inspiring guest, Lisa Towers, is an anxiety advocate and coach, and she's incredibly passionate about helping women to find freedom from living in fear of anxiety. She has traveled all over the UK, raising mental health awareness, appearing on TV and radio as part of the national campaign Time to Change and she has been awarded a British Empire Medal of the Queen honors for this voluntary work. She now runs Simply Anxious on Instagram, and she coaches women in campaigns to break the stigma around mental health.
