I have my friend Maddy on the podcast. Growing up in Encintas feeling like she didn't belong she struggled with mental health and alcoholism at young age. With some stints of sobriety with coping skills like competitive swimming in the English Channel (over 20 miles) and hot girl walks . Struggling with a will to live In full despair , Maddy got clean and sober on July 11th 2020 with the help of the recovery community in North County and the 12 steps .
