The Holidays are here and that often means there is a LOT of travel taking place. Traveling to grandmas, visiting a tropical getaway, or visiting other family members it can be easy to get thrown off your regular schedule, and even moreso, count the holidays as one big free for all. But what if we told you keeping in mind the 7 tips we share here will not only create more space and a picture for enjoyment of the holidays, it will also help you regulate and maintain your health and sanity.
In this episode Kaci and Veronica give you 7 tips that you can easily apply to your holiday getaway that are simple, and fit seamlessly into your travel and holiday plans. These aren’t regular tips like diet plans or items you can buy but practical tips that include saying “no” to that extra serving if it means you’re just doing it for the sake of company, or getting in a mindful walk or peaceful morning meditation— and showing the power of what a two minute habit can do for your mental, physical, spiritual, and relational health!
