In this episode of the International Enneagram Association podcast, Seth “Creek” Creekmore is joined by his Fathoms podcast co-hosts, Seth Abram, Drew Moser and Lindsey Marks along with Lee Fields and Milton Stewart to celebrate Fathoms’ 100th episode. The Fathoms hosts are also partnering with IEA as temporary hosts of this podcast for this year’s global conference. Listen as they all share what this year’s theme, “Unite & Ignite,” mean to them within the Enneagram community and what they are most looking forward to at the conference.

“Why is there this factioning, why is there this othering between the new guard and the old guard? What’s up? And it seems like it could be fixed with two lines of dialogue. What needs to happen? And I don’t believe that I’m the secret sauce that’s going to fix all of that, but I believe that naming it and doing something about it and striving to have connections between people is going to be the thing that’s going to do it.” -Lee [19:31]
