The plaintiff says she was driving her Mercedes to work when the defendant ran a red light because she was looking at her phone. Not only that, her insurance was expired. She’s suing for what she’s owed for repairs. The defendant says she was going slowly to turn and the plaintiff ran into her.

The plaintiff says the defendant hired him to shoot his rap video. He sent him an edited copy, but the defendant is refusing to pay him. He’s suing for what’s he’s owed. The defendant says the video was good, but he asked for changes and the plaintiff freaked out. He says he doesn’t owe because the product isn’t what he wanted.

The plaintiff says the defendant is his ex-girlfriend. He claims she pocketed his share of the rent and never gave it to the landlord, so they got evicted. He alleges she also got him arrested and stole his belongings, so he’s suing. The defendant says her ex put his hands on her and he violated an order of protection. She denies owing him anything. She’s countersuing for stolen belongings and pain and suffering.
