Tim's career began in management consulting, but he eventually found his calling in insurance. He honed his skills as a product manager at Progressive and Liberty before taking the entrepreneurial leap and starting a training company.

Tim is a firm believer in mentorship and emphasizes the importance of being in the office for development and leadership.
