In this episode, I discuss a study that explores how employees’ proactive personality can influence empowering leadership behaviours in their leaders. In this episode I summarise the key findings which includes how leader-employee trust influences this relationship between proactive personality and empowering leadership and translate how you can utilise the findings from this study into practice.
