On this episode of the podcast we have Nick's son Elijah Sowers and his friend and mentor Myriek Goodwin-Lagree on the podcast. Both met while working a mowing detail for a local company and became friends after a rocky start. Myriek is an excellent man of God, husband, father, and football player at Sterling College. Myriek mentored to Elijah through depression and rough times through their rough times in 112 degree summer heat. Both regale us about their time together, their life stories, and philosophies on life.
