In this episode, you have access to 3 tools and meditation strategies that can help you transform your life by accessing love when feeling stuck.

Yes, sometimes, we get stuck.

We become hooked on a problem or issue, and it seems to eclipse any ability to be happy or at peace. We find ourselves looping back to this issue over and over again, rehearsing conversations, replaying “if only”s. We berate ourselves for not doing things differently. We’re anxious, angry, frustrated, fearful or sad. When we’re in this state, it can seem impossible to access loving kindness. It might feel forced, or like just another thing we’re “failing” at.

3 Tools:

  1. Connecting to pure loving kindness is an extremely effective way to loosening your grip. Come into the present moment, and open your hearts to the loving energies in and around you.
  2. Inviting the Divine Mother energy into your life and practices (walks in nature, expressing gratitude at bedtime, et cetera)
  3. Perceiving animate, inanimate objects as living and breathing by divine love. Embrace your oneness/interconnectedness with all things.

3 Interchangeable Meditation Strategies:

Meditation 1: Think of an age when you felt the most wonder, the most innocence, the greatest joy and bring into current reality.

Meditation 2: Allow your younger self to stay, switch your focus to the present "you" to create inner balance.

Meditation: 3: Invoke your infant self – pre-verbal, pre-walking, recognizing that children and babies have an extraordinary way of bringing us into the present moment – because that’s where they dwell.

And there is no child or baby more impactful to your life than the one you used to be!
