Assessments shouldn't be a one and done. They can provide so much more to an employer - and an employee! If you are only using the information to help you as the employer, you are missing a huge opportunity. Personal growth of your employees makes them better employees - more productive and creative (problem solvers). Use the assessments to help employees to better understand themselves and grow their confidence. On the other end, it builds great loyalty. And then there's this.....
