Jon gordon has done many presentations all over the globe, helping teams (mostly sports teams) learn to connect better with each other. We love his 4 C's! Brian and Kris also see the application in any setting where there is a group of people gathered or working together. With the holidays coming up, we thought we'd share some ideas to connect people with each other. This advice can work in any team setting, AND also in your family gatherings. We have even found that having this trick in your back pocket can keep the uncomfortable conversations and intense fellowship that can happen from becoming the focus of the holiday.
