In this episode of Love, Purpose, Connection, Estelle Bingham talks to actor, yoga and mindfulness practitioner and founder of Energy Rise, Maude Hirst. Together they talk about Maude’s experiences of acting and starring in the TV series The Vikings and about her decision to temporarily step away from that career.
