In this episode, I was fortunate to interview Silva Badalian about Conscious Parenting, a parenting method developed by Dr. Shefali Tsabary and practiced and taught by Silva, a is a therapist and parenting coach I discovered on LinkedIn. I loved some of the nuggets Silva dropped: "parenting with connection before correction" and the difference between stone and sand boundaries in parenting.
