Lara brachte Käse aus der Schweiz mit.
Märitkäse ist ein junger Emmentaler Käse. Er ist schnttfest und hat einen wahrnehmbaren Eigengeruch. Der Geschmack hat eine schöne Balance zwischen streng und mild. Ein sehr überzeugender Allzweckkäse.
Le Maréchal vieille cuvée ist länger gereift, für sein Alter ist der Geruch eher mild. Dennoch ist der Geschmack kräftig und geht in Richtung junger Bergkäse. Während wir ihn eher nicht schmelzen würden, schlagen die Rezepte auf der Herstellerseite dies durchaus vor.
