12 - We start the show with a recap of what Dom saw from last night’s VP debate. 1215 - Bill O’Reilly returns to the program to give his insights and takes on last night’s VP debate. There are two goalposts that decide who wins a debate, so who hit them? Should Trump do another debate, O’Reilly has an interesting take on whether he should or not and with a stipulation. Then they end with a discussion on Bill’s new book. 1235 - Philadelphia City Commissioner Seth Bluestein joins the program to break down the humidity scandal rocking the mail-in ballots. According to Seth, the humidity caused by rain in the last few days caused the ballots to be stickier and possibly clump together. Seth says about 1500 of the 10,000 sent out have been returned already. Secretary of State Al Schmidt says it will take more time to count votes in PA, but what about Philadelphia?
