“We try to work with you, instead of you working for us,” shares John Ommert, Army veteran and partner at Constellation Technologies, Inc. (CTI). John helps lead an organization that is 60+ percent veterans and that has been named a Baltimore Sun Top Workplace for 5 years running. Though primarily focused on IT and Intel work requiring polygraphs, their portfolio is expanding to include some non-poly work as well.
